there is also many more ways in which you can collect specimens or catch specimens by placing small traps in which you catch them for research  .also by using nets .for the various type of animal you want to collect etc.

AC 2 - selection is made of appropriate data collection methods

1. by making notes 
2. writing it in a record book to keep track of what you have collected already 
3. by marking it on gps and keeping the location (co-ordinates)

list made of what data is needed for example : colour, size ,type etc.

AC 3 - records is made of all the data that you have collected ,the data is then
written down in a book or logged on a system where you can then see the records about each specimen as well as keep treck of them

AC 1 - the correct map type of the area is used for locating the specimen you want to collect data on
as with the wrong map type you will locate it .by also using a gps to find the co ordinates of the location where that specimens are or using compass to find the right direction .

AC 1 - the correct specimen are collected and the correct data is taken from the specimen
as you are working with ,the specimen gets prepared by using the correct methods also by using the
right procedures

AC 2 - when collecting a specimen at an exact location a marking should be placed so that you can know where you get the specimen as well as the correct place to find that kind of specimen

AC 3 - when environmental date is recorded you can use the following to keep track of it ,

1. weather conditioning 
2. by taking pictures of the area 
3. tree diameter 

AC 5 - when live specimen was collected and all research is done the animal should be released
in the area of origin .and which he prefers then .this way there is no additional information you will require .

SO 4
AC 1 - when collecting live specimen and you want to transport them in a safe way make sure that you do so according to the size of the animal .also what you will need to keep it from getting injured etc .
like when transporting game like zebra you will need a big truck with separate compartments where a max of 5 zebras will go in .where you can transport them safely .without injuries .etc

AC 2 -dead species are suitably preserved without harming them .as this can be done by placing animals in formalin .or by pinning animals on polystyrene with needles and to use them for education purposes .

AC 4 - make sure that you keep all the information for a certain specimen with that specimen at all the times to prevent your information getting lost .

AC 5 - specimens are delivered to desired location also given to the right personnel which is handling the specimen
