AC 1 - reasons why people work together in teams is that they want to finish work more faster
as well as the job is done better as each different person adds a different skill or technique on how to do a certain part of the work ..people work in teams almost everywhere ,workers that builds houses , people working together on farms etc .

AC 2 - work could be too much for one person to complete in the certin time given so he gets people that could help and make the job faster and complete it in time

AC 3 - differnet risk are available when working in groups as everyone wants to be the leader which can then lead to conflict in a team or to a negative atmosphere .which then can have consequences on everyone .

AC 1 - every person has his own characteristics which can be added to a group that can be of use ..it is also things like where one is a better leader and another a better co ordinator etc .

AC 2 - groups are so devided that they place all different people in the group with different attributes
so that there are no clashes between them and the work are done better .all of the people in a specific group understands each other that is why they work so good together

AC 3 - behaviour is imprtant as things like being friendly ,happy ,willing ,helpfull etc is things that improves a teams relatonship hugely .

AC 1 - each person that gets divided into a group has a certain role to play in the group that either can lead to success or failure .

AC 1 - when managing a group certain techniques are required to handle conflict in a group,to which you can either deal with the problem on your own or get  someone in a higher posision to deal with it ,

AC 3 - communication is very important as mis understandings can lead to conflict and the wrong work being done ..
